Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the product.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may do this by:

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), but it is not required. Your notice must clearly state your name, order reference and your intention to withdraw.

3. Return of Products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified us. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be:

• Unopened and in original packaging
• Undamaged and in resaleable condition
• Returned with all original inserts and documentation

We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the product shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.

5. Refunds

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned product or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method.

The cost of return shipping is borne by you, the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen SFS 1990:932).

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened food supplement products where the safety seal has been broken after delivery
• Products that have been used or damaged through your own action
